Located on the 17th floor of One Penn Center, with indoor and outdoor seating, the Lounge is the perfect place to take a well-deserved break. Meet your neighbors and enjoy exquisite food prepared fresh daily onsite by Worldflower Gourmet. Food orders can be delivered to your desk. Alcoholic beverages available after 2:00pm.

One Penn Center is an iconic office building located in the heart of Center City right above Suburban Station. It has undergone extensive renovations over the past five years and now boasts of an amenity package that is second to none.
Worldflower Gourmet
Worldflower Gourmet is a well known gourmet caterer with an extensive roster of private clients. Worldflower specializes in preparing healthful food with the freshest ingredients available. Now, for the first time, Worldflower's creations are available to tenants at One Penn Center and their guests, exclusively at the Station Brake Lounge.

One Penn Center is pleased to offer a state-of-the-art fitness center on the 16th floor which may prove useful before or after enjoying the delicious food in the Lounge. Construction is underway. We will provide details as they come available.
